As someone who had worked in property management, Colm is one of the easiest trades person I have ever dealt with. Our house needed foundation waterproofing. Due to the lack of space, there is no possibility of using any heavy machinery. Colum and his colleagues did an incredible job. They broke 30 feet of concrete pavement, then did all digging and refilling manually. The waterproofing was done to perfection (patching, rubber coating, laying weeping tile and membrane installation). What’s more, Colum removed all debris after the job, leaving our yard perfectly clean. We no longer have to worry about water in the basement after heavy rain storms. I will not hesitate to recommend Colum to any of my friends.
